800pt Bolt Action Combat Patrol Tournament, With side Demos of Bolt Action and Test of Honor.
6 participated in the tournament start to finish, two others arrived late or had to drop out to go to work. But fun was had by all.
Players loved the fast pace of Combat Patrol, and most rounds where done in an hour and a half,
6 Demos of Test of Honour, but with no stock on the shelf, those participating where left sad.
3 Demos of Bolt Action, the leader of the 40k Group broke down and bought a full US starter, he is now a convert...the rest are sure to follow.
The Store did not open on time. (Main reason I schedule the events to start an hour after his business hours. Store did not request prize support in time, even after knowing well in advance and even being nudged by Warlord Staff, but I pulled my personal wares out of my tournament box and covered the event.
Everyone had a blast and they love the medals I purchased to support the top three.

6) Store unfortunately had to cancel first day of the month availability due to scheduling conflict. Sadly the event was attended by only 3 people after previous month turnout.

7) We concluded poor turnout to be direct result of poor weather. One of Edmonton's worst snow storms occurred the previous evening. (2 feet of snow and temperature of minus 27 degrees C). Those who attended enjoyed playing open gaming. Many Bolt Action players in the city are currently involved in a escalation league set-up by another store sarge in the city. We promoted our space as an area for escalation members to come play one of their matches.

6. We had a small drop in attendance from our first event with only 6 players attending, and 2 spectators.
7. Played 2 games at 500 points with a limited Tank Wars platoon, max of Medium tanks and Regular troops. Players all said they quite enjoyed it and looked forward to the next event. Store was happy with the positive feed back from players. Due to store renovations we will have to skip March and pick up again in early April.
8. We were the only event taking place as the event was run after regular store hours.
