Tips on building a lasting gaming community?

Good day to everyone. If anyone has some good tips to help build a solid gaming community please share your thoughts. I am working to build a good solid foundation in my area. As always thank you.

I think getting into the store and playing regularly should help a lot. Be very helpful to new players and everyone in general. I made a bunch of quick reference sheets for instance with our local Facebook group on them. When playing, I go super-casual, reminding my opponents of things, allowing take-backs if they want them, and letting them make the call on anything questionable. If they think they can see more than half the unit, I let them ignore my cover modifier. I suggest going down, or rallying, etc. when appropriate. If they had fun and want to come back, it's a win for me. Supporting the store is important as well. I buy from the store and encourage others to as well.
